MAN ELECTROCUTED.
FATALITY NEAR ELTHAM. Per Press Association. NEW PLYMOUTH.'June 3. Mr Earl Doughty, aged 22, was electrocuted while working on a farm near Eltham to-day. With others he was felling trees when the branch of a tree in falling caught in the power lines and dragged the wire down. Mr Doughtv took hold of the wire to free it. and was killed instantly. Mr Doughty’s mother lives at Christchurch.
