WAIPUKURAU BURGLARS.
DISTURBED BY WATCHMAN. WAIPUKURAU, June 3. In the early hours of this morning a nightwatchman discovered two men in Hawke and Company’s electrical shop, Waipukurou. The men escaped in a motor-truck. Investigations disclosed that the intruders had collected goods to the value of approximately £2e>o ready for transporting to the lorry. The articles selected included seyen radios, a sewing machine, two washing machines, and a dozen radiators.
