ARMS IMPORTS POSSIBLE. - ' LONDON, June 2. The Lisbon Government -lias sent a Note to the British Foreign Office and the Non-intervention Committee pointing out that all areas previously controlled by the Italo-German warships are now freely open for the importation of armaments, thus allowing special facilities to one side ill Spain, and expressing the opinion that if satisfaction is not given to the Italo-German claims for guarantees against future incidents, outrages against control ships will be repeated. f
