AUSTRALIAN INTENTION. MELBOURNE, June 2. The Federal Cabinet lias resolved to draft legislation aiming at national insurance and the merging of all Government social services in a uniform plan controlled ,1»V a Federal Health Council to include representatives ol all the State Governments. The proposals will be an important issue at the forthcoming general election.
