OWNERSHIP OF COAL.
BRITAIN WANTS PARTICULARS. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, June 1. The Prime Minister announced in the House of Commons that, as there would he no time in the present session for the passage of a. lengthy and complicated measure, the Government had decided not to introduce a Bill giving effect to either proposals for the unification of coal royalties, hut to save time alter the measure is passed next session, they intend to proceed now with a Bill providing for the collection and registration of particulars of tlie units of separate ownership of coal and associated rights and of separate existing working leases.
