TO CIRCLE THE GLOBE.
EMPIRE AIR SERVICES. DECISION AT CONFERENCE. Received June 2, 10.55 a.m. 1 LONDON, June 1. To encircle the globe with Empire air services—this constitutes the first decision of the Imperial Conference, and the Australian Associated Press political correspondent learns that it has been drafted by the Civil Air Communications Committee, which is the first committee to conclude the work in readiness for its. adoption by the plenary conference. The decision involves all the Dominions and colonies contributing to the of landing grounds throughout the Empire. The resolve to expand and expedite Empire services is a sequel to the rapid wdde-scale development of foreign lines in Empire territories and in their neighbourhood.
