Prices of fruit, vegetables and other produce in the Wellington markets this week are quoted as follow: Apples (new season’s). —Granny Smith, 6s to 8s per bushel; cookers, 4s 6d to 5s 6d; Jonathans, 4s 6d to 6s 6d; Delicious, 4s 6d to 7s; Sturmers, 5s to Bs. ■ Passion fruit, 6s to 8s per l-case. Pears: Winter Coles 7s to 10s per 3-case: cookers, 5s to 7s’ 6d: Keiffers. 6s to Bs. Leptons, choice, 18s to 25s per bushel; others, 10s to 16s; poorman oranges, 7s ; to 11s per bushel. Tomatoes: Local coloured, 2s to 4s per i-caso; ripe. 3s 5d to 7s; tree tomatoes. ,7s to. 94 6d; hothouse grapes, Is 9d to 2s 6d per lb.
