DEATH AFTER ACCIDENT.

INQUEST AT DUNEDIN. Per Press Association. DUNEDIN, May 31. Admitted in an unconscious state to hospital on Tuesday from injuries received when knocked down by a tramcar, Mrs Rebecca Smith, widow, aged 83, died yesterday afternoon. At the inquest the medical evidence was that deceased had progressed satisfactorily and was to be discharged to-day. The cause of death was coronary thrombosis. None of her injuries was sufficient to cause death by itself. The inquest was adjourned.
