NAVAL PROMOTIONS.
LONDON, May 29.
Rear-Admiral W. T. It. Ford, formerly in command of the Australian Navy, has been promoted to viceadmiral, and becomes admiral-superin-tendent of the Malta Dockyard.
Captain TI. A. Forster has been promoted to rear-admiral.
