SUGGESTED ALTERATION. (Times Cables.) Received April 12. 9.55 a.m. LONDON, April 11. Mr Maxwell Garnett, secretary of tho League of Nations Union, in a letter to the Times, suggests that His Majesty might gracefully consider an alteration to the Royal standard to conform to the terms of the amended Coronation Oath and to contain all the Empire’s symbols.
