PAPERS STOLEN AT CANNES. Diplomatic and private papers -were stolen from Colonel Beck. Polish Foreign Minister, it is reported from Cannes. Colonel Beck was staying at the Grand Hotel. • The police, who are making active investigations at the hotel, are unwilling to make any statement. Colonel Beck telephoned .the news of his loss to the French Minister for the Interior. v
