CHILD DROWNED.

DOMESTIC TRAGEDY. Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, April 10. A child aged one year, the son of Mrs Nora Clark, of Trafalgar Street, Onehunga, was drowned in its hath this morning. The mother had bathed and dressed the child at about 8.30 and went outside, leaving it playing on the hearth rug. Two girls went into the house with the intention of taking the child for an outing. They found it hanging over tlie side of the hath, its head and shoulders covered .by water. A doctor was called, hut resuscitation efforts proved unavailing.
