CONGRESS PARTY SUCCESS.
UNITED PROVINCES ASSEMBLY. (Times Cables.) LONDON, Feb. 21. The Times Delhi correspondent states that the final state of the parties in the United Provinces Assembly is:— Congress Party 133, others 96, of whom 56 are Moslems'. Provincial Congress leaders, including Jawahar Lai Nehru, are meeting to consider acceptance of Ministerial offices. It is understood the majority favour acceptance.
