MISSING MAN.
FEARS FOR SAFETY. Per Press Association. WESTPORT. Feb. 23. Fears are entertained for Robert Hanna, an elderly man, who has been missing from his hut at Buss suling since Alonday. The police conducted a search to-day without avail, and are organising a search party in the, morning. Hanna’s bicycle was found beside his hut and it is thought lie went out to burn some scrub as some kerosene he had obtained was missing. On this and the adjoining property, mining operations have been conducted in the past, and fears are entertained that Hanna may have fallen into a disused shaft.
