The chairman’s sub-committee of the International Non-Intervention Committee met at the Foreign Office today. Tile committee is expected to discuss the final details of the section of the scheme of supervision including the allocation of zones among tile navies of Britain, Francs, Germany, Italy, Portugal, and JLtussia. buriiier information might also be available for the committee regarding the discussions between the British anil Portuguese respecting the special provisions lor the observation of the Portuguese frontier. Meanwhile a Madrid cable states that the Government claims to have renewed the offensive at Oviedo, it has surrounded the city, penetrated the suburbs, and captured the power station.
