SEVENTH DEATH.
THE WARSHIP EXPLOSION. SAN PEDRO, Feb. 20. The seventh victim has died as the result of the explosion on the' warship Wyoming, and the number of injured has been raised to 13, of whom two are expected to die. The Naval Board inquest has been convened aboard the Wyoming, but members declined to issue statements. It is learned, however, that a war head on a shell instead of a powder charge exploded.
