The veteran Turkish marshal Kiazim Pasha, one of the last survivors of the siege of Plevna, where he was takeprisoner by the Russians in 1577, die recently at the age of 97. Beskh, military commands the marshal lu/ been Vali of Scutari-in-Albania (189 1902) and of the Hejaz (1908-1909).
