PROMISE BY INSULL. CHICAGO, Deo. 3. Helen Coyiinzoglu, wife of an Athens date merchant, arrived at Chicago and demanded a sot of gem-crusted shirt studs and cuff-links which she said Samuel Instill promised her while he was a fugitive in Greece. When she advised him of tiie extradition contest Instill admitted the promise, but said lie had already given the woman 6000 dollars in excess of the value uf tho articles. Mrs Coyiinzoglu rejected a settlement offer of 5000 dollars and threatened to sue, but the claim was later settled for that sum.
