On Wednesday next a missionary effort will take place in All Saints’ Parish. It will begin with a garden party to.be held at the vicarage, and will be opened at: 2.30 pan. by (lie Mayoress (Mrs A. K. Mansion!). There wilt bo the usual stalls, etc., and a talk by Miss Dinnecn, a missionary from China. In the evening in the Parish Hall, commencing at 7.30 p.m., there will be a missionary film, a play, “Why the ChimCs Rang,’’ and a missionary talk by Miss Dinnecn. The admission to the garden party will ho free. The charge in the evening will be 6d for adults and 3d for children. •
