EGYPTIAN TREATY
VALUE TO DOMINION. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) Received November 27, 1.55 p.m. LONDON, Nov. 26. Commending the Anglo-Egyptian Treaty, the Times notes that the provisions recognise that the Suez Canal is essential as a means of Empire communication and give Britain an assurance that this vital link will be protected by a permanent alliance, while Australian and New Zealand statesmen have shown that thev fully realise the value of the assurance in ensuring communications which mean so much to them.
