RETAIL BUSINESS.
EXPANSION AT HOME. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, Nov. 25. The Board of Trade Journal states that the money value of retail sales reported for October was 7.4 per cent above that for October, 1935. Sales expanded in all districts. Total sales in the nine months from February to October were 6.3 per cent greater than in the corresponding period of 1935. The advance continued to be most noticeable in the south ot England and in suburban London.
