CORONATION PLANS.
HELP FOR NEEDY. Received November 27, 1.15 p.m. LONDON, Nov. 26. Coronation aid tor the needy has been sanctioned by the Minister ot Health (Sir Kingsley-Wood). It will take the form of extra comforts for all on public assistance; the day off, with pay, will be granted to municipal employees and civil servants. The Royal Mint will issue an official medal bearing the portrait of the King and a view of St. James s Palace.
