ERROR OF JUDGMENT.
MISHAP TO FIONA. Received November 28, 12.30 p.m. SUVA, Nov. 2/ . The Court investigating the stranding of the Fiona found that the master had committed an error of judgment in mistaking a light on the east side- o the reef for that on the west, winch has somewhat similar characteristics. He was ordered to pay costs, amounting to eight guineas. The vessel is undamaged.
