PALMERSTON NORTH SALE. HIGH PRICES REALISED. • Abraham and Williams, Ltd., report a very sHarp rise in values for ail classes ot produce offered at their Palmcrston North sals on Thursday. A full bench of buyers competed keemy for all lots, and a total clearance was effected at prices well above the last sale. Wool sold exceptionally well, and for Heece wool there wad a rise of 2d to 3d per lb. Sheepskins: Buyers wore keen after all grades, realisations being in sellers favour by 2d to 3d higher than last sale. Hides: These also met a rising market, both ox and cow hides of all ueights soiling Id per lb better. Calfskins also appreciated in value '3d to ljd per lb. Tallow sold better by 20s to 40s per ton.
