TIMAIIU, Oct. 15.
Adding a rider that they strongly recommended that the law regarding reflectors and white mudguards on cycles should he more strictly enforced, the jury in the Supreme Court-re-turned a verdict of not guilty against John Sugrue, who was charged that, at Winchester, he negligently drove a motor car thereby causing the death of Jolm Charles Bate.
