INTERN ATIONAL GATH BRING
(British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, Oct. 3. The Duke of Kent will open on Monday in the House of Lords the first session' of the 23rd reunion of the International Colonial Institute, which is meeting all next week in London. Delegates from Great Britain, France, Belgium, Holland and Portugal will be presided over by Lord Lugard. On Thursday the Government will give a dinner in honour of the delegates at which the Colonial Secretary (Mr W. Ormsby-Gore) will be in the chair.
