PRICE OF BUTTER BOXES.
DELAY IN FIXING. CONCERN CAUSED. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Sept. 30. Air AV. J. Poison to-day asked the Minister of Agriculture whether he was aware of a serious position which had arisen due to delay in the Industries and Commerce Department, which had not so far fixed the price of butter boxes. Unless something were done immediately, Air Poison added, it was feared that some box factories would have to close down, a.nd there would be an insufficient number of boxes available. Hon. AV 7 . Nash, on behalf of Hon. W. Lee Martin, said the matter was being considered by the Executive Commission of Agriculture, and it was probable that the decision would be available to-day or within the next few days.
