ADVANCE ON BILBAO, MOORS ON THE MOVE. 11l UN IN RUINS.

A message from San Sebastian says the Moorish troops have resumed the advance towards Bilbao. Thousands of refugees returned over the international bridge at Iran today when the frontier was re-opened. Most of them found their homes to bo in ruins.

LOSSES AT TOLEDO
Received September 17, 12.5 p.m. LISBON, Sept. 16. The Spanish rebels have opened their heaviest offensive against Toledo. They claim to have inflicted 1000 Loyalist casualties. Paris reports that France has demanded an indemnity of £40,000 from the insurgent authorities at Tetuan following their execution of a Frenchman named Henri Aguilard. The time limit ■expires on September 17 and rejection entails the closing of the Franco-Spau-isli frontier in Morocco,,
