(From Our Own Correspondent.) AOKAUTERE, Sept. 16. A challenge match for the Shaffer Shield was lired on the local riflo range, oil Monday night, when Aokautere met the challengers, Feilding Club. The challengers proved the winners by a narrow margin. The following wore the teams and scores registered : Aokautere, N. Hopcroft, 68 — 67 A. Hopcroft, 65 —60 —125; M. Krislenscn, 66—64 —130; A.
