BOXING CONTROL.
ADVICE TO AUSTRALIA. SYDNEY, Sept. 16. Maxie Rosenbloom, who sails for America by the Monterey to-morrow, told a Sun interviewer that boxing in Australia would never thrive until it was controlled by a commission, preferably honorary, under Government control. He added that there were too many promoters. Fights should not exceed 10 rounds and the training of local youths should bo less strenuous.
