WHALING DISPUTE.
SETTLEMENT IMMINENT. LONDON, Sept. 14. The Daily Telegraph’s diplomatic correspondent says that a settlement of the whaling dispute is imminent. Norway, while maintaining her stand that there is a necessity for certain restrictions in the whaling industry, will no longer oppose exceptions in favour of the Unilever and Salvesen companies. '
