BOESCH BEATS KENT, Per Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, July 15. In eight rounds of hard wrestling almost- completely devoid of showmanship, Boescli beat Kent hv the only fall of tho bout to-night. Boescli secured his fall in the sixth round with hodv press after threo droplocks. Kent scored a little with flving tackles. WIN FOR RUSSELL. Per Press Association. GISBORNE, July 15. A fast and exciting wrestling match between Zaharias and Russell was won by the latter on points. Zaharias gained a fall in the fourth round after flying tackles, and Russell evened in the sixth with a dump, following elbow jolts. DRAW IN TARANAKI. Pei- Press Association. NEW PLYMOUTH, July 15. “Lofty” Blomfield and Joe Woods wrestled a strenuous eight rounds at Hawera to-night for a draw, one fall each. Aggressive wrestling pleased the large house.
