OFFENCES ADMITTED
BREAKING AND ENTERING. Per Press Association. WAfPUKURAU, July 15. Mervyn Waldmar Berggrcn, of Potent'. before Waipukurau Justices of the Peace to-day, was charged with breaking and entering the shop of H. B. Poppolwcll and Co. and stealing clothing valued at about £SO; aiso with breaking and entering the warehouse of Philips and Mason and stealing on electric drill and tyre level valued at £ls 2s on the night of June 15. Accused pleaded guilty and was committed to the Supreme Court at Napier lor sentence on August 3.
