The Daily Telegraph's Vienna correspondent reports that Austria and Germany have reached two agreements, but only one has been published, the other being a “gentlemen’s agreement,” partly' of a military nature. It is not likely to be disclosed. It is asserted in Belgrade that a secret clause forbids the raising of the question of the Hapsburg restoration lor three years. Members of the Hapsburg family will not be officially recognised in Austria. Warsaw foresees an imminent settlement of the Danzig problem.
