SURVEY TO BE MADE,
Received July 14, 10.50 a.m. MELBOURNE, July 14;
Cabinet has decided to invite a Scotland Yarji officer of high rank and qualifications to make a survey of the Victorian Police Force and recommend such, changes as aro necessary to modernise the -force. The necessary representations are to be made immediately to the English authorities. ■■■/■■
