SOVIET HARVEST.

DECREASED YIELD LIKELY. (Tillies Cables.) Received July 13, 1.45 p.m. LONDON, July 12. The Riga correspondent of the Times says that crop reports since the beginning of July show that the Soviet’s grain harvest will be probably much smaller than the recent average. The drought in May was particularly serious, a.nd recently hail and thunderstorms have damaged the grain fields over large areas. Much wheat and barley was lost as it had not been reaped at the proper time.
