Forecast; Moderate to strong southerly winds, gradually decreasing. Weather: Fair to fine. Cold temperatures, with sharp inland frosts. Seas rough, with a heavy southerly swell. MANAWATU RIVER GAUGE. Noon. —3ft. 6in.
