You Avill get the women’s collaboration Avholelieartedly if you Avork for peace.” The Mexican delegation informed the President that his nation Avould not participate further in the proceedings concerning Italy and Abyssinia and Avas abstaining from voting. “We do not agree \vith the handling of the dispute, but we do not Avish to obstruct the Avork of the. Assembly,” he said. It is belieA'ed the Committee of Coordination Avill recommend a date between July 10 and July 15 for the abolition of sanctions.

DRAFTING OF RESOLUTION
LONDON, July 3. Tlie Times Geneva correspondent says the Assembly’s co-ordination committee lias been instructed to prepare a resolution or declaration recommending the cessation of sanctions, if possible, including a definite date for their removal in all countries. A decisive meeting Avill probably he held on Saturday, but progress may be delayed by the Abyssinian delegation’s unexpected action in submitting tivo resolutions—one inviting the League not to recognise tlie territorial changes effected by force, and the other asking for a £10,000,000 loan. EXPELLED ITALIANS. GENEVA, July 2. The majority of the expelled journalists have gone to Rome, and the others hai'C gone to Copjieo, outside the Geneva boundary, where they Avere sympathetically joined by the remaining Italian newspapermen attending the League, avlio are continuing to report from Copper.
