Yesterday’s depression has passed to the eastward, and an anti-cyclone ol moderate intensity is moving on to northern New Zealand. A shallow westerly depression is approaching across the south Tasman Sea. Forecast: Moderate north-westerly winds, freshening and somewhat hacking at times to westerly. Weather: Changeable, with occasional passing showers. Seas, moderate.
