AMERICAN WOMAN’S FEAT. NEW YORK, June 25. Mrs Leonore Kniglit Wingard set two world records to-dav, swimming 1500 metres in 22min. 39.25ec and a mile in 24min. 7.2scc. In the former she bettered Miss Helen Madison’s mark by nearly 30sec, and in the mile eclipsed her own mark of 24nnn 20.4 sec.
