A. Dunstall. to deal with any casual engagements in connection with the hall. A vote of thanks was passed to Messrs Woodroofe and Maul for donating two large trays to the committee, these I-Kuug found most useful. Owing to Mr Maul leaving the district, his resignation from 1 lie committee was received with regret, several members voicing their appreciation of the interest both Mr and Mrs Maul had taken in any function held in connection with the hall. Owing to the damage caused to various pieces cf hall furniture and the fact that certain bodies have made little or no attempt, to clean the hall after functions held by them, the committee decided to stipulate that any person engaging the hall for any function will be hold responsible for all breakages or damage done to any hall property and also for the thorough sweeping throughout of the bidding.
