ITALY FAVOURS RESTORATION. LONDON, June 18. A Vienna message states that Italy does not object to a restoration of the Hapsburg dynasty to the throne of Austria. According to the Reichspost, on Juno 16, Italy approves and even emphasises that the restoration question is purely an internal Austrian affair, because no international treat> prevents Austria from choosing her own form of government. As a monarchical country and friend of Austria, Italy will understand all decisions of the Austrian people, whether other countries are pleased or not. The Archduke Otto, Pretender to the Throne, in a letter to Austria from his Begian exile, promises to bridge over all class antagonisms when lie is restored to the throne. “As a true Hapsburg I will make sacrifices in my Austria.” PLEBISCITE TO BE HELD.
