FAREWELL PARTY.
A very pleasant evening was spent on Saturday at the residence of Mr and Mrs, A. Phillip. 253 Botanical Road, when friends gathered to hid Mrs R. Harrnp, of Australia, “bon vovage.” Mrs Harrop has been spending a. holiday in Palmerston North, and leaves for Auckland on Thursday, on her return home. Cards items and community singing occupied the guests and supper was served as an interlude.
