CHINESE TROOPS.
SKIRMISH EXPERIENCED. Received June 13, 1.30 p.m. HONG KONG, June 13. The Kwangsi forces, also the Kwangtung troops, are evacuating Hunan after a skirmish with General Chiang Kai-shek’s defensive line, aggregating 150,000. The southerners are also nervous of an aerial attack on Canton in view of the National Government concentrating 30 bombing ’planes within 250 miles of the capital.
