Mr Harry Atkinson, Commissioner of Patents, Designs, and Trade Marks, and .Registrar of Copyrights, has been appointed by the GovernorGeneral the New Zealand delegate to the International Copyright Conference at Brussels. He leaves towards the middle of next month.
