SUGGESTION REFUTED. Received June 12, 1.0 p.m. LONDON, June 11. Mr Baldwin, answering Mr E. Thurtle (Cab.) attached no credence to the allegation that the rise in Newfoundland stocks preceding the issue of the report of the commission examining the island’s finances indicates a leakage of official information.
