(From Our Own Correspondent.) SANSON, May 27. The hitherto unbeaten Sanson junior team suffered a reverse on Saturday when they iiad to lower their colours In Ron-j gotea. Sanson lost the toss and from the • kick-off carried play temporarily into Rongotea territory, but they were driven hack to midfield. From the tight the blacks secured and attacked strongly. Tennis Club drew a good attendance on ! Saturday night. The winners of the Opj pat'., Lumsden, Meyer and Matthews Buttons were as follow: —A grade: Miss M. i Butler; B grade, K. N. The sixth weekly shoot of the Sanson Miniature Rifle Club was held on Monday evening when there was a small attendance of members.
