IN DIVORCE.
DECREE NISI GRANTED. Before His Honour Air Justice Ostler in the Supreme Court at Palmerston North on Saturday, Caroline Myria Dorothea Brown, of New Plymouth, sought a divorce from John Albert Brown, carpenter, of Pukehou. Air P. V. Burridge (Masterton) appeared for petitioner, and Mr J. Al. Laing (Alasterton), for respondent on the question of custody. Petitioner gave evidence that she was married in 1916 at Masterton, subsequently living there, at Petone, Lower Hutt and Wellington. There were two children. Because ot incompntability the parties entered into a separation agreement on May 7, 1932. . Corroborative evidence was given by Lillian Christina Ncwland, of Inglewood, a sister of petitioner. His Honour granted a decree nisi, to be moved absolute at the expiration of three months, with costs on the lowest scale against respondent, and interim custody of the children to petitioner.
