PROGRESS AT HOAIE. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, Alny IC. Speaking at Bournemouth to-day, the Minister of Health (Sir Kingsley Wood) said that the great advance which had been made since the war in the provision of health services in tho rural districts of the country was illustrated by the amount of loans sanctioned to rural district councils, which had totalled no less than £3,078,000 in the last financial year—a figure which was more than half the total sanctioned over the ten-year period from 1901 to 1910.
