GUATEMALA GIVES NOTICE.

GENEVA, May 15
Guatemala has telegraphed the League of Nations, giving two years’ notice of withdrawal, adding that an explanation is being sent by post.
Guatemala is the most northerly of the Republican States of South America and in December, 1932, had a population of 2.195,242.
